Alonzo Mourning brings “The Heat” and his First Annual “Zo’s Winter Groove” to The City of Miramar

MIRAMAR – In recognition of NBA Hall-of-Famer Alonzo Mourning’s recent appointment to President Obama’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition, the first “Winter Groove” will be Zo’s Family Health & Wellness Day on Saturday, Dec. 27^th, 2014 from 10am-2pm.

Festivities start that morning with a 5k run/walk for the entire family at 8:00am, sponsored by Foot Locker, along with a full day of activities, including health screenings, kids’ fun zone, football and basketball clinics, special guests and more!

The City of Miramar is proud to be the official site of and co-presenter of the 1^st Annual Zo’s Winter Groove, to be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025.
