Air Jamaica passengers can now print their own boarding passes

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Passengers traveling on Air Jamaica can now skip the regular check-in line at the airport by printing their own boarding passes at www.AirJamaica.com.

The enhanced Web Check-In feature began on May 1, 2009, and allows passengers without checked bags to go directly to the security checkpoint and onto the gate. Passengers with bags to check will proceed to the specially marked Web Check-In counter to have their bags tagged and accepted.

“Air Jamaica wants to make travel easy and more convenient for passengers” said Sue Rosen, Senior Director Customer Service. “Printing your own boarding pass is one of the many great reasons to use AirJamaica.com. Our website also allows passengers to book flights, buy tickets, check the flight status, see current specials and a lot more.”

All passengers with electronic tickets may use Air Jamaica’s Web Check-In service at www.AirJamaica.com and check in for the flight between 90 minutes to 24 hours before flight departure.

Web Check-In is not available for groups of 10 or more, stand-by passengers, those with paper tickets and unaccompanied minors.

To take advantage of Air Jamaica’s Web Check-In features and save time at the airport, visit the website at www.AirJamaica.com.
