SOUTH FLORIDA — On Friday, September 28—11 days before the October 9th Florida voter registration deadline—Vice President Biden will kick-off his two-day tour through Florida with grassroots events in Boca Raton and Tamarac. On Saturday, the Vice President will attend a grassroots event in Fort Myers.
While in Florida, Vice President Biden will highlight the clearest choice Floridians have faced in a generation — the choice between two fundamentally—different visions on how to create an economy built to last from the middle out, or going back to the same failed top-down economic policies that crashed our economy and punished the middle class.
The Vice President will lay out what’s at stake for middle-class families in this election. He and the President have a plan to continue to restore middle-class security by investing in the things we need to create jobs and grow our economy over the long term, like education, energy, innovation, and infrastructure.
