Splash returns to Trinidad and Tobago to cover Tobago Fashion Weekend

Kingston, Jamaica – Splash will be returning to Trinidad & Tobago this season to cover the second staging of Tobago Fashion Weekend (TFW2012). Splash is a Caribbean lifestyle series that celebrates the Caribbean experience, its people, culture, destinations and events. Splash airs on Black Entertainment Network (BET) in the UK and on its sister network Centric in North America, reaching a combined audience of almost 2 million people.

Now in its third season, Splash is excited to partner with the TFW2012 to showcase and promote Caribbean fashion to the World. This is the second time Splash will be returning to Trinidad & Tobago to feature its indigenous fashion.

Executive producers Kibwe McGann and Mykal Cushnie were encouraged to return to the twin island republic by Trinidad fashion star Anya Ayoung Chee, who was first featured on Splash at Fashion Week Trinidad & Tobago (FWTT) in 2010.

Splash is no stranger to Trinidadian fashion and has featured Trinidadian fashion designers Meiling at Dominica Moda (Dominican Republic Fashion Week) and Claudia Pegus in St. Lucia for the SHE magazine 10th Anniversary cover shoot.
