The DVD will be distributed by Realvibez Media and be available for sale on Amazon.com, at the Michael Manley Foundation office in Kingston and at participating retail outlets. Part proceeds from the sale of the DVD will go to the Michael Manley Foundation in Jamaica.

“Preserving our heritage and culture is extremely important, making the decision to release this DVD very easy” says Lukkee Chong, co-founder of Frame by Frame Productions. “This is a rare and intimate look at a Jamaican icon who has had a major impact on our history.”

Donette Chin-Loy states, “Interviewing Michael Manley put my ghosts to rest. I learnt that he was truly committed to Jamaica and presented another way of bringing hope. It also set the record straight for me. I thank Glynne Manley, his widow for her confidence and allowing the interview; Rachel Manley, his daughter; Tara Abrahams and Howard Mitchell for their support; and Frame by Frame (Max, Lukkee and Diba) for believing, and just doing it.”

The DVD will be promoted in a variety of ways, including a preview on YouTube and screenings through Jamaican and Caribbean college organizations around the World.

David Mullings, CEO of Realvibez Media said, “We are proud to be a part of this release and to contribute to the exposure of Jamaican culture in our own way. Michael Manley is a major historical figure and we look forward to supporting the foundation”.
