Marketing the Caribbean in a digital age

PLANTATION – POWERi Technologies, one of the fastest growing and most recognized interactive marketing agencies in the U.S. will be hosting two impactful seminars for the Caribbean hotel and tourism industry in Antigua and Barbuda and the Turks & Caicos Islands respectively.

The seminar entitled, “Marketing The Caribbean in The Digital Age: Interactive Marketing for The Tourism & Hotel Industry” will take place May 26th, 2008 at the Jolly Beach Resort & Spa in Bolans Village, Antigua from 1:00 PM-6:00PM, and at the Regent Palms in Grace Bay, Providenciales Turks & Caicos islands on May 29th, 2008 from 1:00PM-6:00 PM.

The seminars’ goals will be to help Caribbean hotels and destinations leverage the ever growing power of the Internet to help drive global tourism to their premises. As consumers around the world continuously turn to the Internet for information, products and services, businesses must quickly learn to adapt to an ever changing market place.

The seminars will focus on a series of topics ranging from Search Engine Optimization, Online Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Channel Revenue Management & Online Reservation Systems, Digital Public Relations, and Reaching Global Clients.
