Montego Bay, Jamaica – The Jamaica – New Orleans “Rhythm and Spice Fest” Festival scheduled for November 3 – 6, 2005 has been postponed due to weather concerns on the Island and the New Orleans chefs unable to commit due to rebuilding efforts in New Orleans.
