The Greater Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (GCACC) will present the first ever “Lets Talk” meet the press panel discussion at its next monthly meeting schedule for Wednesday August 17, 2005 at the Lauderdale Lakes Community Council, 3720 West Oakland Park Boulevard from 6:30pm – 9pm.
“Lets Talk” will take the form of an open forum discussion on the challenges of Caribbean-Americans as it relates to the press, how we are affected, and what we can do to impact the press. Invited Panelist includes representatives from South Florida based radio stations, print and internet media.
The public is invited to attend and to participate in these discussions. Veteran Caribbean-American Broadcaster Mr. Michael Aitcheson, President and CEO of Island Beat Marketing will serve as moderator for the evening.
