Florida Democratic Party & Miami-Dade Democratic Party open new headquarters in Little Havana

MIAMI – The Florida Democratic Party (FDP) and Miami-Dade Democratic Party are excited to announce the official opening of their new office in Little Havana. Headquartering the Party’s operations in Little Havana signals the Party’s firm commitment to building on the 2012 gains with South Florida’s Hispanic voters.

“In 2012, we increased our margin of victory in Miami-Dade by 70,000 votes,” said Miami-Dade Democratic Party Chair and FDP Vice Chair, Annette Taddeo-Goldstein. “Now we are building on that momentum by continuing the OFA ground game in order to defeat Rick Scott and take back Tallahassee.”

“We have an aggressive effort to win South Florida by similar margins as 2012 and having the Florida Democratic Party open an office for the first time in Miami-Dade shows our commitment to growing our opportunities in a key region of the state,” said FDP Chairwoman Allison Tant. “We are excited to partner with Chair Taddeo-Goldstein and the Miami-Dade Democratic Party as we build a campaign operation that will defeat Rick Scott and secure victories for Democrats up and down the ballot.”

Please join the Florida Democratic Party, Miami-Dade Democratic Party, and special guests FDP Chairwoman Alison Tant, Congressman Joe Garcia, Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, Democratic legislators, local Democratic elected officials, and others to officially open our doors in Little Havana on Monday, May 6 at 10 am; program begins at 10:30 am 2141 SW 1st Street, Suite 204, Miami, FL 33135.
