Join certified yoga instructor and THesis Wellness Ambassador Bianca Natalie for a wellness reset before the weekend in the chic architecturally designed Paseo at THesis Hotel Miami.

Every Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m., guests are invited to take part in the outdoor yoga class while they indulge in views of the serene courtyard.

The 60-minute class is open to all skill levels and explores the fundamental postures of a Vinyasa flow. Each class will feature special guest instructors and is the perfect way to start the weekend with total mind and body relaxation.
