MIAMI – Duane Pinnock recently joined delancyhill, P.A. as Of Counsel. Formerly associated with the Stuart law firm Harvin, Harvin & Pinnock, Mr. Pinnock will specialize in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, probate litigation tax planning, tax controversy, asset protection, and charitable organization/tax-exempt organizations. He represents a client base of individuals, families, small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Pinnock was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York. He holds a law degree from the University of Florida College of Law as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, Pinnock has an LL.M. (Master of Laws degree) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Pinnock is admitted to practice before all of the state courts of Florida as well as the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the Probate and Guardianship Committee of the Dade County Bar Association. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Stacy-Ann Frater
The firm also welcomes Stacy-Ann Frater who joins the firm’s litigation team as an associate. Stacy is a recent graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law. She practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense.
