Four Season Party Cruise Celebrates Jamaican & Caribbean Culture On The Seas
Four Seasons Party Cruise Celebrates It’s 20th Anniversary
ATLANTA – For twenty years now, Atlanta-based Four Seasons Party Cruise has built a nationwide reputation among Caribbean expatriates for its family-friendly celebration of Jamaican and Caribbean culture which have given tens of thousands of vacationers a memorable, fun, all-inclusive excursion to a full range of destinations throughout the Caribbean including Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, Grand Cayman and other tropical locations.
This year, Four Seasons Party Cruise will celebrate its 20th Annual departure with a full-ship cruise of more than 2,000 guests – the third time in the company’s history that it will occupy an entire ship and features a huge roster of popular reggae, dancehall and soca musicians including Grammy-nominated Jamaican artist Luciano; Glen Washington, Mr. Vegas, the duo Tanto Metro & Devonte and Alison Hinds, known as the Soca Queen.
The 2016 cruise will depart from Miami on Monday, November 7th for a five-day trip to the Dominican Republic and Grand Turk, returning Saturday, November 12th 2016. The fare includes all food – excluding alcohol and carbonated beverages. Food is served around the clock in both casual and formal atmospheres. Even veteran cruisers will be impressed with the full array of traditional Caribbean dishes not seen on a typical cruise menu, like run down & bananas, stew peas, porridge, and mannish water.
Four Seasons Party Cruise includes state of the art amenities not experienced elsewhere. Experience a world of relaxation and adventure on this floating island with fine dining, Broadway style shows, state of the art gyms, spas, theater and our renowned concerts where patrons get a one time VIP experience to get up close and personal with entertainers. Immerse yourself in a world where performers not only entertain but partake in everyday life on board with you, the passenger.
“This is our biggest trip ever,” said Four Seasons Party Cruise founders Audley & Natalie Atkinson. “We’re looking forward to seeing many of our guests from years past, as well as the many regulars who choose the Four Seasons Party Cruise for their annual vacation. Our trips have always been family-focused, with all kinds of entertainment, for all ages from live shows to plays, standup comedy, gaming tournaments such as ludo, dominoes, and more.”
The annual cruise developed gradually over the years. The inspiration came during the Atkinsons’ honeymoon trip in 1994, which evolved into a trip with friends the next year, 1995, and continued to expand from there. His company, Four Seasons Sounds, already had great recognition among Atlanta’s Caribbean community for producing amazing parties, so the evolution into a full-scale travel company made perfect sense.
In 2010, the company hosted its first full-ship cruise, to the Bahamas. The following year, 2011 saw another full cruise ship, packed with Caribbean natives traveling to Jamaica. The trip climaxed with a full concert on the Ocho Rios Pier with over 8,000 people in attendance.
Four Seasons Party Cruise has also built a charitable aspect into their work, with a number of annual scholarships awarded to some of Atlanta’s and Jamaica’s deserving students, as well as school supplies donated to schools in Jamaica and significant contributions to cancer organizations.
