MIRAMAR – Vice Mayor Davis will host an open forum on the Affordable Health Care Act on Saturday, November 2 at the Multi-Service Complex located at 6700 Miramar Parkway from 10AM-2PM.
The purpose of the forum will be to explain the Act, what it means for you and enrollment information.
Vice Mayor Davis states that, “This legislation can have a dramatic impact on the quality of life for our residents. We must make sure that they are provided information that will help them make an informed decision for their health and the health of their families.”

Invited speakers include: State Representatives Shevrin Jones and Sharon Pritchett as well as AnnaMaria Studley from the GehringGroup, Rosalyn Frazier from Broward Community & Family Health Centers, Inc. and Rhianna Hurt with Get Covered America. Community Access Center staff will also be present to assist.
