Born Gregory Colin Bailey in the beautiful twin-island nation of Antigua & Barbuda, Causion recalls, “I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a professional artist. I grew up in a family of established musicians and I did not have to reach far for either support or inspiration.” He proclaims “Aside from my family, my biggest passion and joy is music. With every new album, I try to better myself and whether it is something written by me or not, there has to be some positive message portrayed.”

The first release from the album Little Secrets has been enjoying a lot of airplay in South Florida, New York, Atlanta, The Bahamas as well as Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados and the Virgin Islands and is also creating some waves in the dance clubs. Little Secrets have stirred some controversy and discussion among couples as they examine the question of whether or not they should reveal information about their past love life to each other.

Stella’s Kid comprises 12 tracks varying from roots rock reggae to R&B and soft rock in an enhanced package which includes two videos. Of notable mention is a remake of Mr. Mister’s 1985 number one mega hit Broken Wings on which Causion has stamped an indelible interpretation and have made the song his own. The title track fuses the acoustic guitar of Junior Jazz with a choir like harmony of Fiona that mirrors the soul of the album. Get To Know Jah is set to make waves with the accompanied video, also the reality and conscious Red Red is a favorite among critics as is the prayer Remind Me which is a spiritually fulfilling devotional song.

Produced by Gregory Bailey and Jason Sterling for the Fullwerks label Stella’s Kid is available from VP Records Distributors, and is also available digitally online through I-Tunes. Stella’s Kids is set to hit the streets on January 10, with a free album launch party at Jazziz at the Seminole Hard Rock.
