Caribbean American Heritage Awards Gala Celebrates Caribbean-American Achievers

FT. LAUDERDALE – Nominations are open for the 3nd Annual Caribbean American Heritage Awards and the community is invited to nominate a deserving person of Caribbean heritage.

Deadline for submission for the Caribbean American Heritage Awards (CAHA) is April 25, 2017.

Caribbean American Heritage Awards Banquet & Gala, in celebration of Caribbean American Heritage Month, will be held on June 10th, 2017 at The DoubleTree by Hilton, Sunrise-Sawgrass.

This event recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to their community and country, and who are nominated by their peers and will be chosen by the CAHA committee.

Nominees must be of Caribbean Heritage and resides in Florida. Nomination forms can be downloaded at CAHMUSA

In addition, this year CAHMUSA will recognize two Individuals/Companies who have over the years supported the Caribbean Communities and their initiatives.

The Caribbean American Heritage Awards Banquet & Gala will feature: Red Carpet Arrival, Dinner, Awards Presentation, Entertainment and Dancing until close. Don’t miss this great evening of Fun and Culture.

Awardees will be featured in “Expressions” the Caribbean American Magazine, a beautiful printed publication which is produced in conjunction with the other events being held to celebrate this 11th Anniversary of Caribbean American Heritage Month including the Caribbean American Exhibition & Festival on June 24, 2017.

Expressions will also be available online at CAHMUSA  for download or viewing all year long.
