Caribbean Airlines centralizes offices in Jamaica

A New Convenient Office And Product Innovations Signal Caribbean Airlines’ Commitment To Better Serving Its Jamaican Customer

Kingston, Jamaica – Caribbean Airlines has relocated its ticket office, administrative and operations teams in Jamaica. The company has moved its offices from two locations—the hangar at Norman Manley International Airport and Trafalgar Road—consolidating into a single office building in Liguanea, where the new address is 128 Old Hope Road Liguanea, Kingston 6.

According to Clive Forbes, the Caribbean Airlines Jamaica General Manager, the move will serve to strengthen customer service. “This is a perfect time for us to relocate. The new offices will enable us to serve our guests more effectively and efficiently by bringing our people together under one roof.”

Mr. Forbes also stated that the airline is upbeat about summer bookings. “Our customers are seeing the value of travelling with Caribbean Airlines. The summer schedule will soon become effective with increased frequency and we continue to offer one of the most generous baggage policies in the skies today,” said Mr. Forbes. “With Caribbean Airlines, the first bag always flies free and our Business class customers benefit from 3 complimentary bags.”

The airline also announced the introduction of Signature Summer Cocktails, the result of a creative partnership with Appleton Jamaica Rum and Grace Tropical Rhythms. The complimentary cocktails will be served to all passengers through to August.
