HAMILTON, Bermuda – Responding to a request from the United States Government, Bermuda has agreed to accept patients airlifted out of Haiti.
“The Consul General conveyed the request. Our hospital, through the Chief of Staff, has agreed to accept these patients,” said the Premier’s Press Secretary, Arnold Minors.
Dr Donald Thomas, KEMH Chief of Staff, said the hospital has agreed in principle and will work out specifics through the Consul General’s office.
