Barack and Michelle Obama in Miami for early voting rally – Tuesday, Oct. 21st

MIAMI – On Tuesday, October 21, Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, will hold an “Early Vote for Change” Rally at Bicentennial Park (1075 Biscayne Blvd.) in Miami to urge Floridians to vote for change in advance of Election Day. The doors will open at 3:45pm.

Earlier in the day, Senator Obama will be making an appearance in Palm Beach County, and Mrs. Obama will host an “Early Vote for Change” Rally in the Pensacola area.

On Wednesday, October 22, Mrs. Obama will hold “Early Vote for Change” rallies in Jacksonville and Gainesville.

In Florida, voters can cast their ballots at any Early Voting location in their county starting Monday, October 20. To find the nearest location, visit www.VoteForChange.com or call 1-877-2FL-OBAMA.

Public Entrance: on Biscayne Blvd, located at the intersection of Biscayne Blvd and NE 10th St.

The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged. Members of the public are invited to RSVP at FL.barackobama.com.

Use of public transportation is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Guest parking is available in area downtown lots. Limited handicapped reserved parking available on-site. Handicapped entrance is located off of the Biscayne Blvd entrance ramp onto I-395 East, located at NE 11th Terrace.
