Amerijet International, Inc. and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Reach Labor Agreement

FORT LAUDERDALE – Amerijet and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) have reached an agreement on a new four-year labor contract covering flight crew employees.

“A Company’s employees are its greatest asset. We are pleased that an agreement was reached and that we can move forward together,” said Pamela Rollins, Sr. V.P. Business Development.

“Amerijet’s service is a very important part of the U.S., Caribbean, Mexican, Central and South American economy, and we stand behind our commitment of providing first-class, reliable service to our customers.”

Amerijet’s relationships with its customers, employees and agents worldwide have allowed the airline to continue scheduled operations despite the two week strike period. “Amerijet’s focus will remain on its customers,” Rollins further added, “by ensuring that we maintain our high standards as we move forward.”
