USVI Governor Mapp Hurricane Irma Update

The tourism paradise of the US Virgin Island turned into a disaster zone after Hurricane Irma swiped through the islands.

US Virgin Island Govenor Mapp provided today an update on Hurricane Irma relief efforts.
