Trinidad’s Cabinet to be reshuffled

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad – Trinidad & Tobago’s Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar will announced the planned reshuffle to her Cabinet tomorrow.

This was announced by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Communications, Dr Surujrattan Rambachan at today’s post Cabinet media briefing.

“The Prime Minister has asked me to let the population know that she will announce the changes to the Cabinet tomorrow (June 22nd) afternoon,” Rambachan announced.

This will be the second reshuffle to the Cabinet in the last two years.

Persad-Bissessar announced her intention to reconfigure the Cabinet, ministerial portfolios and State boards when she spoke at the People’s Partnership’s (PP) second anniversary rally at Mid- Centre Mall in Chaguanas on May 24.
