Three new videos from Jah Cure – ‘Hot Long Time’, ‘Journey’, ‘Green Grass’

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Inspiring Rastafarian Reggae singer, Jah Cure, premiered his latest music videos last week on the top local music video channels and programmes.

The Danger Zone/SoBe Entertainment singles ‘Hot Long Time’ (featuring Junior Reid), ‘Journey’ and ‘Green Grass’ hit the HD plasma screens with such a powerful impact that the request lines for all the channels must have been ringing off the hook.

Award winning video director J. Will outdid himself with the production of the videos that were shot on locations across Jamaica.

‘Hot Long Time’ is not the typical Jah Cure type music video. Filmed in Port Royal, the scenes feature hot bikes, cars, helicopters and some sexy girls, which Jah Cure fans should definitely love.

‘Journey’ is a reflective mastery that sees Jah Cure journeying across Jamaica and chronicling his ‘trod’. The scenes feature the wonders and beauty of the island paradise.

While the herbs tune ‘Green Grass’ reflects Jah Cure’s message of consciousness, which should appeal to all official ‘herbs man and woman’.

‘Hot Long Time’, ‘Journey’ and ‘Green Grass’ are a wonderful delight for music lovers, who, almost simultaneously, experienced different sides of the versatile singer.

And what a month it was for Jah Cure fans. Three great music videos coming a week after that masterful Reggae Sumfest performance in Montego Bay that is still a hot water cooler item.

Montego Bay was indeed longing for the cultural singer, who did not disappoint in his first official Reggae Sumfest performance.

With his Iyah Cure band and harmonized back up singers in tow, Jah Cure hit Reggae Sumfest stage like a man in charge. He was in no way fazed by the fact that he was taking the stage right after an excellent performance from international superstar, Akon. Jah Cure was the picture of confidence…and he more than delivered.

Attired in a suave, white, Armani outfit with wicked Adidas Y3 footgear, the conscious Reggae ambassador delivered a powerful set that had the massive captivated.

With boundless energy that had the physically
fit singer working the full expanse of the Sumfest stage, it was a deafening uproar that greeted the strains of the chart topper ‘Longing For’.

The seasoned entertainer, who just returned from a lengthy, successful European tour, had the massive right where he wanted them…and he was quite at home in his hometown.

Jah Cure held his audience mesmerised with each delivery, touching their heart and soul with ‘What Will It Take’, ‘Sunny Day’, ‘Love Is’, ‘Run Come Love Me Tonight’, ‘Arms of Love’, ‘Guardian Angel’ and ‘King In This Jungle’. When he drew for ‘True Reflections’ he had to wheel and come again. It was a commanding Jah Cure that closed off his approximately 45-minute set with ‘Sticky’…leaving the audience just as he started – longing for more.

The beloved singer will soon be heading back to Europe to complete his multi-city tour.
