MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica – The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica remains open and is fully operational after Tropical Storm Gustav. The hotel incurred minimal damage and employees are in the process of removing debris and refreshing guestrooms.
