The Consul General of Trinidad & Tobago in Miami hosting a reception for Lennox Bobby Mohammed

MIAMI – The Consul General of Trinidad & Tobago, Ms. Laura-Marie West will be hosting a reception, “An Evening with Bobby Mohammed” at the Consulate General for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago offices, 1000 Brickell Avenue, Suite 800 in Miami on Friday, October 23rd at 7pm.

Lennox Bobby Mohammed the Great Innovator of the 1960’s, started to play and then to arrange for Guinness Cavaliers in 1960’s.

Bobby was inducted into the Hall of Fame in New York for The Sunshine Awards. He received the Humming Bird Gold Medal, the National Award of Trinidad and Tobago in 1992 for his sterling contribution to the Development and Shaping of the destiny of this great musical invention of the 21st Century – The Steelpan
