HAMILTON, Bermuda – The American Consulate General Office in Bermuda formally released the name of its new United States Consul General on Wednesday, August 19.
Grace Shelton succeeds Gregory Slayton as the United States Chief of Mission in Bermuda.
Bermuda Premier Dr. Ewart F. Brown offered the following comment:
“I look forward to meeting the new Consul General this week. I expect that before long she and I will be engaged in meaningful discussions on subjects of mutual interest between Bermuda and the United States. I know Bermudians will make her feel comfortable in the blink of an eye.”
