“Tea and a Talk” with South Florida’s Caribbean-American Vice Mayor, Alexandra Davis

MIRAMAR – The City of Miramar’s Caribbean-American Vice Mayor, Davis will host her first “Tea and A Talk” on Thursday, July 15 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Dunkin Doughnuts at Monarch Lakes located at 14305 Miramar Parkway.

This is a continuation of her morning meet & greet series dubbed “Coffee and A Chat” which ran for several weeks last summer, Vice Mayor Davis will host an afternoon series known as” Tea & A Talk” with Vice Mayor Alexandra Davis. This is in direct response to those residents who were concerned about not being able to attend the morning series due to work commitments. The Vice Mayor will visit with residents at various tea/coffee houses throughout the City stretching from the historic eastern section to the western most areas

Vice-Mayor Davis wants to be accessible to all residents. “It is important to me as a Vice-Mayor to be available to meet Miramar residents out in the community and hear their concerns. Anything to aid in bringing City Hall to the people, making it more convenient for residents to speak face-to-face with me to discuss and address those issues that are most important to them, is the basis of my commitment to serve” stated Vice-Mayor Davis
