Step Out in authentic Caribbean threads this summer

NEW YORK – Imagine taking a sunlit walk along a tree-lined path that leads to a white sand beach with blue waters lapping at the edges as a cool Caribbean breeze zips through your hair and a cool, colorful Suntrail tank top covers your body.

Thanks to Robert Nesta Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Shaggy, Sean Paul and Rihanna, the spotlight on the Caribbean continues to shine bright.

Vincentian Berris Jones captures that spirit of the islands and allows fans of the region’s music and culture to step out in the style too.

Suntrail Clothing, according to Jones, is synonymous with the fun-filled spirit of the islands. “We not selling clothing, we’re selling fun,” he explained. “We’re creating the kind of clothing line to make people who think about having fun think about Suntrail.”

In keeping with its unique Caribbean flavor, Suntrail boasts, “vivid yet cozy colors and images and themes of the Caribbean.” The goal is to create a “catchy and creative way to share the warm sunshine, tranquil blue waters and white sand beaches of the islands with men and women around the globe,” said Jones.

Suntrail Clothing currently offers t-shirts, tank tops and polo shirts but plans are in place to widen the product base. “In the fall, we’ll do sweat shirts, jackets, some pants, and some accessories like hats. We have to test the market and see what customers need,” said Jones.
