Ricky T completes the triple crown by winning St Lucia Roadmarch for a third consecutive year

CASTRIES, St Lucia – Not only has Ricky T managed to cop his 3rd consecutive St. Lucia Road March title, the dynamic young Soca star did so in style, completing a triple-title; by also snatching up the St Lucia Soca Monarch about a week earlier, plus the Caribbean Soca Monarch title on Sunday night (July 20).

Ricky T’s hit road song ‘Wheel and Come Again’ edged out the other leading Road March contender ‘SUZETTE’ by Herb Black who coincidentally was also vying for a triple crown (2008 Groovy Soca Monarch and Calypso Monarch winner).

The triple crowning has catapulted Ricky T into Soca’s elite, and he is expected to tour the world vigorously over the next year. The winning song is another successful production by Penn & Ace (Studio 758).
