North Shore Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer Presents Annual Award to Director of Behavioral Health Services

MIAMI – Manny Linares, Chief Executive Officer at North Shore Medical Center, a 357-bed general acute-care community hospital, recently announced Dawn Knowles, Director of Behavioral Health Services, as the 2010 recipient of the hospital’s annual President’s Award for her outstanding work and accomplishments throughout the year.

Knowles achieved all of Tenet’s 5-Pillars – Quality, Cost, Growth, People, and Service for 2010.

In her extraordinary leadership role as Director of Behavioral Health Services, Knowles is responsible for the administration, supervision, and implementation of clinical standards of practice in the recently renovated Behavioral Health Unit at North Shore Medical Center.
