Nadine Sutherland and Chrisinti to headline South Florida Family Reggae Festival

MIAMI – The 2006 South Florida Family Reggae Festival, is set for Sunday, November 5, 2006. International Reggae artists Nadine Sutherland and Chrisinti will headline this year’s festival.

Other performers on the line-up include Zyon High, Natty Remo, Evette and Sugar & Spice the Clowns.

The Festival has also been moved to the beautiful Legion Memorial Park at NE 64th Street at NE 7th Ave in Miami and is free for all attendees. Park gates open from 10am to 7pm.

The goal of the Reggae Festival is to celebrate reggae and Caribbean culture as a part of the fabric of South Florida while also showcasing up and coming talent in the South Florida Reggae Showcase.

This year the showcase will be sponsored by C.E.D. Entertainment. C.E.D. Entertainment has just added reggae music to their roster and hopes to use the showcase to screen future acts. The Reggae Riddim Section supports Family Reggae Festival, Inc.’s goal of encouraging fine arts education for youth and will feature dancing and musical performances by some of South Florida’s most talented kids.
