NAACP To Host Political Forums For 2014 General Election Candidates

NAACPlogoMIAMI – The Miami-Dade Branch of the NAACP’s Civic Engagement and Political Action Committee want you to be an informed voter. They will be hosting their final two political forums for the 2014 General Election on November 4, 2014. Candidates running for federal, state and local office have been invited to present their platforms.

The first forum will be at the Church of the Open Door, 6001 N.W. 8th Avenue, on September 15, 2014, at 7:00 P.M.

The second forum will be in South Dade at Sweet Home Baptist Church, 10701 S.W. 184th Street, October 20, 2014, at 7:00 P,.M.

The community is urged to come out and hear these candidates for congressional, gubernatorial, state and local races, who are seeking your votes for office in their respective communities.
