Miami-Dade Chamber addresses the State of the Black Business in Miami-Dade

MIAMI – With the threat of a recession hanging over the US economy, the nation is preparing for many unknowns. How do Black Businesses in Miami-Dade County stack-up against these odds?

Bill Diggs, president of the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce, will give a State of the Black Business in Miami-Dade County address to members and non-members, highlighting the State of Black Businesses in Miami-Dade at its bi-annual general membership breakfast meeting on Thursday, February 7 from 8am -12Noon.

The breakfast meeting is also an opportunity for the Black business community to learn about the future plans for the chamber to help Black businesses succeed, and network with chamber members and community leaders.

The meeting will be held at Florida Memorial University, Lou Rawls Center for the Performing Arts located at 15800 N.W. 42nd Avenue in Miami Gardens. The meeting is free members and $10 for non-members.
