Mayor of Kingston Jamaica, Delroy Williams and Mayor Wayne M. Messam to Hold Town Hall Meeting in The City Of Miramar!
MIRAMAR – City of Miramar’s Mayor Wayne M. Messam will host Kingston, Jamaica Mayor Delroy Williams and hold a Town Hall Meeting, Monday, April 3, 2017, 6:30pm to 8pm in the Miramar Commission Chambers located at 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar.
The purpose of the Town Hall Meeting is an opportunity for Mayor Messam and Mayor Williams to address City of Miramar residents, the Diaspora and Caribbean Trade Community regarding the prospect of a sister cities agreement to include bi-lateral relations, trade and culture opportunities for both cities.
Attendees will also receive updates on the current status of Kingston.
“It is an honor to welcome His Worship, Mayor Delroy Williams of Kingston, Jamaica to discuss bi-lateral cultural and economic development for our respective cities,” said Miramar Mayor Wayne Messam. “It is fitting to have Mayor Williams visit Miramar as Jamaica and the diaspora celebrate the 145th year of Kingston as Jamaica’s Capital.”
