Jamaica Takes Over Yankee Stadium

NEW YORK – On August 7, 2015, the same day the New York Yankees hosted their division rivals, the Toronto Blue Jays, the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) and Palace Resorts joined forces to sponsor a Promotional Day at Yankee Stadium.

The festive event offered the first 18,000 guests attending the game a Jamaica and Moon Palace Jamaica Grande branded Yankees canvas beach bag, and a chance to win a trip on-site at Jamaica-branded Kiosk located in the Great Hall.

Winners of Palace Resort’s “Grande Slam Jamaica” social media contest were also invited to the game to learn who would be awarded the grand prize trip for four to Moon Palace Jamaica Grande, compliments of Palace Resorts and Delta Air Lines, the Official Air Line of the New York Yankees. Additionally, the JTB and Palace Resorts hosted top meeting planners, tour operators, travel agents and members of the media in the SAP Suite Lounge and the Delta SKY3600 Suite.
