Jamaica International Female Football Development (JIFFD) to Host historical International Scouting Mission In South Florida

Pembroke Pines – Just about 2 dozen under 17 and under 20 girls wishing to dawn Jamaica’s National colors are expected to parade their skills for Technical Coordinator of the National Women’s Football team Vin Blaine this week here in South Florida.

This through the efforts of the Jamaica International Female Football Development (JIFFD) which will facilitate the first major tryouts for national footballers outside the shores of Jamaica. The two day trials which will target girls mainly in the Florida region is set to take place on May 23 and 24 at the West Pines Soccer Club, 230 SW 196 Ave. Pembroke Pines.

Blaine says with Jamaica hosting the under 17 CONCACAF finals in November it’s important that the Junior Reggae Girlz give a good account of themselves hence, he is seeking a few players to strengthen his existing squad.

Blaine further thanks JIFFD for its effort in facilitating this historic move which he is confident will boost the depth of his squad in both the under 17 and under 20 programs.
