HM&B Brownsville Middle Law Academy to Benefit from Give Miami Day 11.17.16

Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP Teams Up With Brownsville Middle School To Raise Funds For HMB Brownsville Law Academy On The Miami Foundation Give Miami Day 11.17.16

MIAMI – Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel and Brownsville Middle School are joining forces on Give Miami Day, Thursday, November 17 to raise funds for HMB Brownsville Law Academy.

 

The Law Academy program will supply students with exposure to possible careers in the field of law, law enforcement, and criminal and social justice through experiential programs, activities and workshops.

Through relevant mock trials, depositions and case studies, the Law Academy will inspire students to understand the real-life impact that the legal system has on their surrounding community and themselves.

“By building a fully functional courtroom, we are investing in their future by creating a unique learning environment and invigorating the learning process for our lawyers and judges of tomorrow,” stated Marlon A. Hill, partner, Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP

 

Any person or company may support the project from anywhere in the world with an online contribution tomorrow (11.17.16) on Give Miami Day.

Donations (minimum of $25 to $10,000) can be made to the HMB Brownsville Law Academy here from midnight to midnight.

 

The Miami Foundation will host a Twitter Party at 11pm tonight to kick off the 24 hour giving day to over 668 local non profit initiatives.
