July 4th BBQ and Grand Opening of Smoke’d at The Lincoln Eatery

Visit The Lincoln Eatery on July 4th for a patriotic celebration spreading among the food hall’s 13 global culinary concepts, including the grand opening of Smoke’d, a barbecue and brisket purveyor offering sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken wings, fried chicken, fries and a slew of sides. The Smoke’d team will host a 4th of July picnic on the Eatery’s backyard area for an outdoor Independence Day extravaganza.The concept surrounds cooking high-quality meats in a smoker. In barbecue, smoking is cooking food “low and slow,” for an extended period of time. The burger and barbecue concept is one of the first kosher barbecue establishments on Miami Beach, helmed by Chef and Rabbi Adam Gindea.
