City of Miramar Commissioner Davis Sponsors 4th Annual Haitian Cultural Month Celebration

MIRAMAR –  City of Miramar, Commissioner Alexandra P. Davis and the Community Access Center are co-sponsoring the 4^th Annual Haitian Cultural Month Celebration on Saturday, May 24 from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am at the Multi-Service Complex located at 6700 Miramar Parkway.

This FREE event will have dancing, comedy, poetry, singers, art exhibits, a business expo, book authors and Kalbas Troubadou.

Commissioner Davis stated that, “Haitian-Americans are proud to be Americans and also love their rich heritage.  The event provides an opportunity to celebrate those sights and sounds that make the Haitian-American community so unique.”
