Hollywood, FL – Jamaicans.com announced their annual online BEST OF JAMAICA WORLDWIDE 2011 survey. People living in Jamaica or in a major city with a strong Jamaican presence are invited to visit http://www.jamaicans.com/bestofjamaica and cast their vote.
Jamaicans.com has successfully conducted an annual “Best of Jamaica” survey with a tremendous response from online visitors globally. This highly anticipated survey is in its thirteen year, with Jamaicans and visitors alike having the opportunity to vote on the “Best of Jamaica” including the best in Jamaican food, accommodations, and the arts. One fortunate participant will have the opportunity to win a $100 (USD) prize.
“We were extremely thrilled to be named best Jamaican Festival by voters on Jamaicans.com in the Best of Jamaica 2010 survey,” stated Eddy Edwards, Chairman of Jamaican Jerk Festival USA, Inc., producers of the event, “such validation is not only encouraging and rewarding but also provides a benchmark for us to work towards. We would be pleased to be selected again for our 2011 festival, when we celebrate our 10th anniversary.”
This survey celebrates Jamaicans and their culture in Jamaica and outside the island’s shores. Online visitors to the website are encouraged to vote for major cities across the U.S.A., Canada and Europe where there is a strong presence of Jamaican nationals. Survey questions range from ‘The Best Tourist Attraction in Jamaica’ to ‘The Best Jamaican restaurant in London, England.’
Polling commenced on October 3rd, 2011 and will conclude 11:59 pm on, November 14th, 2011. Results of the “Best of Jamaican 2011” will be published December 5th, 2011 on Jamaicans.com.
