Caribbean-American Commercial Real Estate Marketing Exec Awarded John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship and Grant

MIAMI – Youth Delegate of the Jamaican Diaspora Southern United States and Terranova Marketing & PR Manager Kelliann McDonald has been awarded the 2010 John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship and Grant by the International Council of Shopping Centers Foundation.

Founded in 1957 and currently with nearly 60,000 international members, the ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry.

The annual Professional Education Scholarship and Grant, established in 2004, is awarded internationally to encourage professional education and to further career development of retail real estate professionals.

The scholarship honors former ICSC President John T. Riordan and his commitment to education and professional development in the shopping
center industry. The scholarship enables industry professionals to attend the ICSC professional development schools at no cost.


Kelliann McDonald

As a 2010 award recipient McDonald will receive registration, course materials, travel and lodging to the John T. Riordan School of
Professional Development, April 3 – 7, 2011, in Scottsdale, AZ. McDonald will also be honored in an award ceremony on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at
RECon: The Global Retail Real Estate Convention 2011 in Las Vegas, NV.

McDonald plans to partake in courses specifically designed to refine the knowledge and skills that will help increase retail sales, improve
relationships with retailers, and increase one’s value as a shopping center marketing professional.
