Rihanna To Host Debut Concert in Barbados for Barbados Tourism

Barbados – The Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA) today announced the long awaited pricing for tickets for the much anticipated Rihanna “LOUD in Barbados" concert. Ticket prices are as follows:

Early Bird Grounds $75

General Admission Grounds $125

Hewitt and Inniss Stand $75

Hall and Griffith Stand $75

Greenidge and Haynes Stand $75

3Ws Stand $150

VIP $300 – Inclusive beverage only

Luxury VIP $500 – Inclusive premium catering, premium parking arrangements, premium stage front positioning, official after-party, and other premium benefits

Rihanna concert tickets will be available at box offices around the island from July 11, 2011. Box offices are: C S Pharmacy (Broad Street), Broad Street Men’s (Cave Shepherd Broad Street), Nu Look Boutique (Roebuck Street), Shell Warrens, A&B Music Supplies (Sheraton Mall), Jeans Inc. (Sheraton Mall), Urban Vybz Boutique (Speightstown), Texaco Wildey, Lantern’s Mall, Kensington Oval, Emerald City Supermarket and Faith Boutique (Swans Street).

Premier Events Services will be responsible for all ticket information inclusive of corporate boxes, bulk ticket sales, and platinum level exclusive tickets.

The BTA also announced the appointment of Cariblantic Productions Inc., as the event management company for the highly anticipated Rihanna “Loud” concert, scheduled to be held at Kensington Oval, Barbados on August 5 2011.

Cariblantic Productions Inc., is a Barbadian owned and managed company that has put together a consortium of industry experts for the production management of the Rihanna concert including events, ticketing, security, emergency management, hospitality, and financial management specialists, who collectively have over 50 years of experience in producing top quality events in Barbados and the Caribbean.

In confirming the appointment of the production company, President and CEO of the BTA, David Rice said: We are extremely confident that this group will deliver the necessary expertise required to execute such an important event on our behalf. Their combined skills are solid and this we believe is critical to the success in the event staging.
