Jamaica Tourism Officials Take Up Residence In Beijing

BEIJING – As team Jamaica continues its dominance at the 15th IAAF World Championships in Beijing, led by Usain Bolt’s 100m and 200m victories and Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce’s victory in the 100m, Jamaican tourism officials have taken up residence in Jamaica House Beijing to meet with members of the travel industry and business community to market the destination and strengthen ties between the two countries.

To coincide with the staging of the Championships, the Jamaica Tourist Board is using the opportunity to meet with a number of tour operators and travel partners to continue growing visibility of destination Jamaica in this important Asian market.
