Caribbean Pavilion for thirty-second staging of Expocomer 2015

Panama City, Panama -Melida Harris-Barrow, President/CEO Panama World Trade & Investment Foundation (PWTIF), has been granted the rights by Expocomer to be a Promoter/Administrator to stimulate trade and investment among Caribbean businesses, increase their networking opportunities at Expocomer and also to create for the first time in its history, a Caribbean Pavilion. The thirty-second staging of Expocomer 2015 will be held on March 11 through 14 at the ATLAPA Convention Center, Panama City, Panama.

The brand leader in Central America, Expocomer, continues to effectively showcase & promote the products of its clients successfully, year after year. Exhibitors to Expocomer 2015 will join with invited guests for an extraordinary meeting at the Caribbean Pavilion. The aim of the meeting firstly, will be to create synergy between Caribbean people, promote opportunities, increase, improve and support investments among Caribbean countries through strategic networking.

This annual exhibition is the ideal starting point for business persons from more than thirty countries, to explore new business opportunities and introduce new products and services. Harris-Barrow seized the opportunity to actualize her vision of bringing the Caribbean to Central America to network and trade with the world as a Universal Peace Ambassador of Panama (CERCLE).

Participating Countries

This year’s roster of participating countries creates a global marketplace representing diverse cultural groups, private and public sectors, for example: Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, India, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Korea, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Cuba, Costa Rica, Spain, San Andres (Colombia), Chile, Argentina, Turkey, USA, Trinidad & Tobago, and others, including the Colon Free Zone, Real Estate companies and government ministries.

We are expecting the following countries to participate in the Caribbean Pavilion: Aruba, Bahamas, Curaçao, St Vincent & The Grenadines, Dominica, Barbados, Antigua, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Anguilla, St Martin, Grenada, Jamaica, Cayman Islands and many more to come.
