SOUTH FLORDA – The Alicia Marie Phidd Show is set to air on April 8, 2014 on WWNN 1470AM owned by Beasley Broadcast Group. The show labeled a legal, political & social conversation will discuss current cases in the continental U.S. and internationally, hot political issues and challenge listeners to have a purpose for society in a segment called What’s Your Cause?™.
The host, Alicia Marie Phidd is no stranger to the airwaves, law or politics. Ms. Phidd is a licensed Florida attorney who practices corporate law and commercial litigation and she writes political speeches. Her two most noted high profile cases were representing Don King Production, Inc. against boxer Odlanier Solis in an injunction and breach of contract action. The other is initially representing Chubby Checker against Hewlett Packard in a trademark infringement suit. “It will be so exciting to have the listeners be a part of a jury pool one segment and politically concerned citizens the next” said Ms. Phidd.
The show will sometimes feature guests such as politicians, lawyers and authors in studio. Ms. Phidd’s passion is educating the masses and having stimulating conversation. “I look forward to the show once a week, taking me away like Calgon from the daily life of the legal profession.” said Ms. Phidd.
