A Vibrant and Unique Celebration of the African Diaspora Culture Comes Alive in South Florida

The 5th Annual African Diaspora Dance and Drum Festival of Florida

Afrian CultureMIAMI – Delou Africa Inc. continues their mission to honor a myriad of music, dance and drum traditions of Africa with their highly anticipated 5th annual African Diaspora Dance and Drum Festival of Florida (ADDDFF) taking place September 5-7, 2014. The festival theme, Bridging Cultural Gaps, provides an opportunity to showcase the profound creativity and cultural resilience of the rich traditions of Africa. Guest will experience first hand the electrifying rhythm and beauty of traditional African music and dance. This year’s festival will feature several renowned artists hailing from all over the globe, representing multiple countries including Guinea, Cuba, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and Mali.

The festival will be accessible at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex (LHCC-212 NE 59 Terrace Miami Fl 33137) and iTech at Thomas A. Edison Educational Center (6101 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, Fl 33127). The elements of ADDDFF include dance and drum workshops, a children’s village, market place and their signature Concert Extravaganza. .
